Bathrooms:
Three ensuite bathrooms, one family bathroom, one pool wc and basin.
Large Kitchen:
Fully fitted kitchen with huge work surfaces and central island unit and worktop, integrated ceramic hob, double-oven, overhead integrated microwave, large "side-by-side" American style upgraded fridge freezer. There is a separate laundry room to the first floor with large industrial style washing machine and dryer.
Sitting Room:
There is a formal lounge area to the front of the property, and a family lounge to the rear. Both are furnished to the highest standard, and the family lounge has a huge TV (with cable, DVD & Playstation 2) and comfortable reclining leather seating.
Dining Room:
There is a formal elegant dining room area to the front of the property which seats 8 people. A further dining area adjacent to the kitchen area which also seats 8 people. There is further dining with high stools at the breakfast bar/island.
Games Room:
A large games room providing entertainment for the kids and adults alike, which includes a professional American pool table, table football, a dart board and a bar!
Gardens / Pool:
The property enjoys custom designed and built swimming pool accessed from the family room, with elevated central hot tub, water features and green-finger planters providing attractive greenery. The pool decks have been upgraded and extended by ten feet to provide ample lounging/dining space around the pool and for the kids to play. We've provided enough seating and deck chairs for 12 people to relax around the pool at the same time. The plot has some space to the rear too and we have provided a gas Barbeque so you can enjoy eating outside in the Florida sun!
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid Service:
Plenty of Hand, Bath and separate Pool Towels are provided. The villa is of course fully cleaned prior to your arrival. If you're planning a long stay, an extra clean during your stay is an optional extra. Please ask us for more information.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and fully alarmed.
General:
For the safety of small children, the pool deck comes fitted with removable security fencing. The sliding doors leading to the pool are also alarmed for additional safety. Travel cots or cribs and a high chair are provided as are plastic childrens' dishes. Please check with us if you need more than one of anything as we can provide more at no extra cost.
Stair gates are also available on request.
